The ideal candidate understands automotive parts and repair needs, provides excellent customer service, and can efficiently source and sell parts to technicians, customers, and vendors. Responsibilities Identify and source automotive parts for repairs and customer needs. Assist technicians and customers with accurate parts selection. Prepare parts estimates, invoices, and orders. Maintain accurate parts inventory and organize the parts department. Research availability, pricing, and specifications through parts catalogs and supplier systems. Coordinate with vendors and follow up on special orders and backorders. Receive, inspect, label, and stock incoming parts. Process returns and warranty-related parts. Provide professional, knowledgeable customer service. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts area. Qualifications Previous automotive parts or dealership experience preferred. Strong knowledge of automotive parts and repair terminology. Excellent communication and customer-service skills. Ability to use computerized parts catalogs and inventory systems. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license preferred.
