As well as communicating with Technicians and customers regarding parts needs. Inventories, and other duties as needed. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enters information into computer to maintain inventory and receiving records.
- Prepares requisitions or other documents for purchasing or requisitioning new or additional stock items.
- Communicates with customers and technicians on site and over the telephone regarding parts needs, inventories, concerns, etc.
- May be required to transport self to customer locations via company or personal transportation.
- Prepare bill of lading, packing slips and review for accuracy.
- Ship and receive inbound and outbound parts.
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong computer skills
- Valid driver license
- Prior experience in parts or material handling (preferred)
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Must be able to transport up to 75lbs
