Job description We are looking for a motivated and determined Parts Runner to join our Team. The HVAC Parts Runner will assist the warehouse supervisor & manager, and execute the operations of the warehouse to ensure the proper flow of parts & materials, and equipment from vendors to warehouse for distribution for the service department and Install department. This position requires attention to detail , consistency, and time management .

Job Duties:

Parts Retrieval:

Collect parts and materials from suppliers, warehouses, and inventory as needed.

Delivery:

Safely and efficiently deliver parts and materials to job sites, service technicians, and other team members.

Inventory Management:

Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and organization of parts storage areas.

Documentation:

Complete delivery and inventory paperwork as required.

Communication:

Keep open lines of communication with service technicians and management to ensure timely deliveries and efficient operations.

Vehicle Maintenance:

Perform routine maintenance checks on the delivery vehicle and report any issues to management.

Safety:

Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations during deliveries and while in the warehouse.

Requirements:

At least one (1) year of Parts Runner, Warehouse experience or HVAC education is preferred. Valid & clear Florida Driver's License required. Excellent customer service skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Strong organizational and detail orientation skills required Adaptability to changing priorities and requirements. Google Business Suite experience is a plus, but Microsoft Office experience will translate. Proficiency with documents and spreadsheets is required. ServiceTitan knowledge is preferred. High school or equivalent is preferred. Background and Drug Screening are required prior to employment.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday - some weekends occasionally required. 6:30am to 3:30pm
