Summary We are seeking an Expereinced Parts Counter Associate to join our dynamic team at Garber Automall in Green Cove Springs with a minimum of 5 years of experience. This role is crucial in enhancing our customer service experience and supporting our service operations, contributing to our mission of delivering excellence in the automotive industry. Responsibilities Assist customers with inquiries about parts and accessories Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the service experience Support parts manager in managing inventory Maintain organized records of transactions and customer interactions Collaborate with team members to achieve targets Stay updated on product knowledge Ensure a clean and welcoming environment for customers.
