  • Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a customer-focused Parts Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be the key point of contact for customers seeking OPE parts and accessories, providing expert advice and exceptional service. Responsibilities Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct parts and accessories through knowledgeable consultation. Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment to ensure product availability. Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for accurate sales transactions, cash handling, and receipt processing. Maintain organized shelving and stock areas, ensuring all parts are properly labeled and accessible. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, offering technical advice on equipment maintenance and repair, and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with the dealership or repair shop teams to facilitate seamless order processing and delivery. Experience Previous experience in retail sales within an automotive dealership or parts store is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of mechanical diagnostics, equipment maintenance, and repair processes. Proven negotiation skills to upsell products and close sales effectively. Familiarity with inventory management systems, POS software, and Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer bases. Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking, order fulfillment, and inventory control. Experience with dealership operations, marketing strategies, retail math, cash handling, cashiering, and phone etiquette is advantageous.
