Job Description:
Provides assistance to customers who wish to purchase parts at the parts counter or via telephone. Orders, receives and distributes equipment parts on behalf of customers.
Responsibilities:
Complete purchase orders and related documentation accurately and in a timely manner Utilize industry data - including manuals and electronic data - to determine specific parts needed by customers, as well as diagnostic assistance to customers Contact vendors to order parts Review invoices to ensure parts received accurately reflect parts ordered on original requisition forms Store parts in designated area and issue parts to service department/customers as needed Maintain records of parts received and distributed; inventory parts in warehouse periodically
Education/Experience/Skill:
