Parts & Service Coordinator / Office Support Kirkplan Kitchen & Bath is looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-friendly team member to join our growing service department. This is a multi-role position that requires someone who can handle office coordination, customer communication, scheduling, and warehouse/service support.

Responsibilities Include:

Answering incoming customer service phone calls Scheduling service appointments and coordinating trades Organizing materials and parts for service technicians Preparing and tracking punch list items Assisting with warehouse and cabinet-related organization Communicating with vendors, technicians, and customers professionally Helping keep service jobs organized from start to finish

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Strong phone and customer service skills Must be highly organized and able to multitask Cabinet and/orwarehouse experience required Experience in remodeling, construction, cabinetry, or service coordination is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and problem solve daily issues Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic •We are looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to jump into different roles as needed to help support our service team and customers •
