This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers with parts-related needs, learning how equipment and components work, and maintaining accurate and organized records. This role requires a team player who is dependable, flexible, and willing to support day-to-day parts department operations, including inventory-related tasks and customer interactions focused on parts support. Key Responsibilities Customer Support - Parts Assist customers with parts orders by phone, email, and in-person visits. Help customers identify the parts they need and assist with online ordering when necessary. Prepare customer quotes and provide pricing and product availability information. Assist with customer payments and order processing. Support customers with backorders, damaged parts, stock shortages, and other order-related issues. Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining positive customer relationships. Inventory Control Assist with inventory management and ensure parts are accurately stocked, labeled, and organized. Label parts according to established organizational procedures. Support inventory planning, reorder point monitoring, and stock level reviews. Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and inventory adjustments as needed. Receive incoming shipments, prepare outgoing orders, and accurately document inventory movement. Maintain accurate product, pricing, and inventory records. Ensure parts are stored and displayed for optimal accessibility, organization, and efficiency. Administrative Support Work closely with internal departments to resolve inventory and parts-related issues. Maintain accurate documentation and records within company systems. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in inventory control, parts management, customer service, warehouse operations, or a related role. Customer service experience, preferably in parts, equipment, manufacturing, distribution, or another technical environment. Familiarity with inventory planning, reorder points, cycle counts, and inventory adjustments. Ability to understand basic parts specifications, measurements, model numbers, and technical product information. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills. Comfortable communicating with customers by phone and email. Friendly, professional, patient, and customer-focused. Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to multitask effectively. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Preferred Qualifications Experience with NetSuite or a similar ERP system. Experience with packaging machinery, industrial equipment, or replacement parts. Experience preparing customer quotes and providing customer support.
