• 8:30am-5:00pm This position supports our parts department by assisting customers with parts inquiries and orders, preparing quotes, providing product information, and helping maintain accurate and organized inventory. The ideal candidate enjoys helping customers, learning how equipment and components work, and working as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Customer Service
• Parts Assist customers with parts orders by phone, email, and in person.

Help customers identify needed parts and assist with online ordering when necessary. Prepare customer quotes and provide pricing and product availability. Assist with payments and order processing. Help resolve backorders, damaged parts, stock shortages, and other order-related issues. Address customer concerns professionally and maintain positive customer relationships. Inventory Control Assist with inventory management and ensure parts are properly stocked, labeled, and organized. Label parts according to established procedures. Support inventory planning, reorder point monitoring, and stock level reviews. Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and inventory adjustments. Receive incoming shipments and prepare outgoing orders. Accurately document inventory movement. Maintain accurate product, pricing, and inventory records. Keep parts organized and easily accessible for efficient daily operations. Administrative Support Work with internal departments to resolve parts and inventory-related issues. Maintain accurate documentation and records in company systems. Support the day-to-day operations of the parts department. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 3 years experience in customer service, inventory control, parts management, warehouse operations, or a related field. Familiarity with inventory planning, reorder points, cycle counts, and inventory adjustments. Ability to understand basic parts specifications, measurements, model numbers, and technical product information. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills. Comfortable communicating with customers by phone and email. Friendly, professional, patient, and customer-focused. Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to multitask. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Preferred Qualifications Experience with NetSuite or a similar ERP system. Experience with packaging machinery, industrial equipment, or replacement parts. Experience preparing customer quotes and providing customer support. Familiarity with warehouse organization, stocking procedures, and inventory management.
