Full Job Description Job Summary:

Part Sales Specialist An Inside Sales Representative is responsible for selling parts to either consumers or other businesses. This is a commission-based parts sales position and has great opportunities for growth. Responsibilities Help customers in obtaining all necessary parts to keep their trucks on the road with Elite Service Communicate with customers on the status of part orders throughout the sales process Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner Be able to read and understand the parts catalog when looking up parts Answers phone calls, provide price quotes and other information Ability to pull and fill orders from stock Locates out-of-stock parts from outside source and submits an emergency order, if necessary Follow processes to ensure payment of orders Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up Other duties and tasks, as assigned Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent 3-5+ Years Heavy Truck Parts Sales Experience Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment Self-motivated and disciplined Have strong organizational and time management skills Communicate in a kind and courteous manner with customers and employees Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals Must be able to use multiple computer systems within Windows If remote, high-speed internet required (100mbps+) Preferred Qualifications Procede Sales Experience DTNA Parts Sales Experience Bi-Lingual - English/Spanish
