Job Description

Job Overview:
This position is responsible for ordering all required parts from overseas and locally. This includes emergency and stockorder basis. Identify needed parts for current and new machines. The Parts Specialist will work closely with the Parts Manager and Product Support Manager to ensure critical parts are on the shelf and in the order pipeline to minimize dealer backorders and machine downtime.
Duties:
Increased out-sourcing to reduce lead times and cost to dealers Assists Dealers with parts orders Process incoming web orders Act as backup for incoming calls, e-mails and fax orders from dealers

Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required Parts department experience Technical aptitude Excellent telephone etiquette Microsoft office applications Ability to communicate both written and verbally in the English language Resourcefulness and the ability to muti-task
