- Assisting with processing sales orders in SAP in accordance with established policies and procedures, while communicating with dealers through various channels.
- Supporting field staff and dealers by coordinating with freight providers regarding delivery inquiries and logistics-related concerns.
- Reviewing open orders to identify items that may require updates or follow-up, and completing dealer order transfers for new dealer accounts. This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in business or have equivalent work experience.
- Have knowledge of MS Office, with an emphasis on Outlook and Excel, and prior experience with SAP.
- Bring a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or account management, which is preferred.
