Share Parts Coordinator, AM, Dairy, Industrial Maintenance - Dacula 38772BR Dacula, GA Description providing counter service to all customers receiving and shipping of parts and materials including stocking processing requisitions including sap requirements processing work orders as necessary through SAP system cycle counting of inventory through SAP system in conjunction with SAP department sourcing and retrieving parts and materials as necessary processing all SAP paperwork as necessary including capital receiving headers, purchase orders, and material requisitions maintaining good housekeeping in parts room and other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications be at least 18 years old working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook one year of experience with basic data entry one year of experience with document filing demonstrate excellent work habits in line with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) demonstrate safe working habits ability to lift in excess of 50 pounds frequently ability to work any shift, nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours ability to learn and perform all positions ability to work in a fast-paced environment good human relations skills (the ability to work well with others and be a team player) willing to assist other team members in other areas ability to perform steady and productive work for an extended period of time ability to work efficiently with little or no supervision ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions possess basic math skills ability to communicate effectively excellent attendance and punctuality willingness and ability to advance excellent verbal and written skills strong problems-solving skills self-motivated individual obvious enthusiasm, initiative, and pride in work, and a commitment to Publix and our mission. Hours of Work 6:00am-3:30pm, rotating days of the week Work Environment Temperatures range from 0 to 90+ degrees Frequency of Pay Weekly Minimum Base Pay 20.25 Maximum Base Pay 27.95 Potential Annual Base Pay 42,120- 58,136 Year End Bonus To reward associates for their contributions to the company for the calendar year, Publix provides a Holiday Bonus in November. In the first year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to 15 hours of pay, and in the second year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to one week's pay if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check. In subsequent years, the bonus is equal to two weeks' pay.
