Job Summary:

Helping customers find the right parts, providing information and answering questions both in person and over the phone. Informing customers of additional related parts needed. Verifying receipt of stock and special orders Fulfilling customer orders and orders for the service department; notifying customers of arrival. Notifying management of shortages and overages Parts department organization. This includes keeping the parts room clean, organized and stocked. Processing orders, providing price quotes, and tracking backorders. Reviewing the "will call" area and contacting customers on items not picked up.

Basic Requirements:

Basic data entry / computer skills Knowledge of engines and basic parts associated with Ability to work as a part of a team Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Pay:

$30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
