Posted 12/2025 Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Aviation Parts Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support various functions within the organization and assist in day-to-day operations.

Duties:

Assists Parts Manager with all Company parts needs Handling of all appropriate paperwork to ensure all parts are billed to the appropriate work orders Assisting mechanics and avionics technicians with all parts requirements Packing and shipping parts for overhaul and core return Assisting with inventory records and audits Ordering parts both Stock and AOG (Aircraft on Ground) on a daily basis and also supplies and hardware for the Maintenance Department Order entry of sales invoices Shipping and receiving Processing invoices as needed Answering after hour call-outs as necessary Any other tasks as determined by management
