This position is responsible for keeping our parts department organized and making sure warranty claims are handled accurately and efficiently. We're looking for someone who is comfortable working in a busy, hands-on environment and can stay on top of multiple tasks. Responsibilities Order golf car parts and supplies as needed Receive incoming parts and verify orders Label, organize, and put away parts when they arrive Maintain an organized parts room and inventory Pull and distribute parts for technicians Track backordered and special-order parts Communicate with vendors regarding orders, returns, and availability Process and submit manufacturer warranty claims Track warranty claims from submission through payment/approval Handle warranty parts that need to be returned to manufacturers Maintain accurate records and paperwork Assist the service department with parts and warranty-related questions What We're Looking For Dependable and organized Strong attention to detail Comfortable using computers and learning different manufacturer/vendor systems Able to communicate professionally with vendors and coworkers Able to manage multiple orders and warranty claims at the same time Willing to learn about golf cars, parts, and different manufacturers Previous parts, automotive, service department, inventory, or warranty experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person This is a great position for someone who likes staying organized, keeping things moving behind the scenes, and being an important part of a small team.
