Job Description

Automotive Parts Specialist:
Requirements:
Must have basic automotive and equipment parts knowledge. Must have an outgoing personality and ability to deal with public. Must be able to pay attention to details. Must be able to deal withfast paced environment, successfully change tasks, and prioritize tasks. Must be able to provide excellent customer service in person and on the phone. Must be able to operate computers, point of sale system, and parts lookup. Must be able to be on feet for long periods of time and lift at least 50lbs.
Responsibilities:
Providing customer service on the counter, on the phone, and on the sales floor. Provide services including battery testing and installation, wiper blade installation, etc. Responsible for inventory processes including checking in and putting up parts, physical inventory, stocking shelves, and working back stock Keeping store facilities clean, including bathrooms, sales floor, counter area, parking lot, etc.
