Job Description
Parts Counter Sales (224640-04) Are you someone who enjoys figuring things out, helping customers, and making sure the job gets done right? We're looking for a dependable and motivated Parts Counter Associate to join a busy team in the heavy equipment industry. Hours Full-time, Mon-Fri 7:30am -4:30pm Location Waipahu, Oahu Pay $23 to $25 an hour Responsibilities Help customers and service team members find the parts they need. Research part numbers, pricing, and availability. Respond to customer questions by phone and in person. Prepare and process parts orders accurately. Coordinate with vendors to source items that aren't currently in stock. Keep customers and coworkers updated on special orders and incoming parts. Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory. Maintain accurate order, billing, and payment information. Help keep the parts area organized and running efficiently. Learn new products and equipment to better assist customers. Work closely with the service and parts teams to resolve issues and keep jobs moving. Maintain accurate billing and documentation for parts orders. Process customer payments and charge transactions as needed. Assist with inventory replenishment and organization. Maintain a clean and organized parts counter and work area. Stay current on products and participate in required training. Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills. Reliable and able to follow through on commitments. Good attention to detail and accuracy. Comfortable using computers and learning new systems. Able to research information and troubleshoot problems. Team-oriented with a willingness to help wherever needed. Interest in equipment, automotive, mechanical, or parts-related work.
