We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Specialist to join our team. As a Parts Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the procurement, logistics, and inventory of parts for our company. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to effectively communicate with suppliers and customers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the procurement process for parts, including sourcing, ordering, and tracking
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to organize and store parts efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their parts needs
• Assist in identifying and resolving any issues or discrepancies with orders or inventory
• Utilize knowledge of automotive repair, and equipment repair to accurately identify and recommend appropriate parts

Skills:

• Experience in procurement management and logistics
• Familiarity with automotive repair, equipment repair, or auto body repair
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment and inventory management
• Strong problem-solving abilities to address any issues that may arise
• Customer service-oriented mindset to provide exceptional support to customers
• Proficient in using computer systems and software for order tracking and inventory management
