At Peterson Toyota, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and support to our customers. As a leading Toyota dealership, we are committed to excellence and are looking to expand our team with a skilled Parts Back Counterman to support our service department.

Responsibilities:

We are currently accepting applications for a future Parts Back Counterman position. In this role, you will be crucial in assisting our service writers and technicians with the parts needed for vehicle servicing.

Your responsibilities will include:

Accurately identifying and sourcing parts for service requests. Managing parts inventory and ensuring timely availability of required components. Providing expert advice and assistance to service writers and technicians. Maintaining organized and efficient parts storage and handling. Handling parts-related inquiries and resolving any issues that arise.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Proven experience in automotive parts, specifically Toyota/Lexus experience. Experience with CDK Dealer Management System is required. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities. This position is for Tuesday-Saturday. Days off are Sunday and Monday.
