Treasure Valley) Position Summary Cate Industrial Solutions is seeking a motivated Outside Parts, Service & Installation Sales Representative to grow aftermarket business throughout Idaho. This role is responsible for developing and managing customer relationships while generating sales of replacement parts, preventive maintenance agreements, field service, repairs, rentals, and installation projects related to industrial compressed air, vacuum, blower, and related equipment systems. This is a commission-based sales position with a first-year earnings target of $90,000+ for a motivated and successful candidate, with significant upside potential based on performance. Responsibilities Develop new business and maintain existing customer relationships throughout Idaho, with a primary focus on the Boise/Treasure Valley market. Promote and sell parts, maintenance agreements, repairs, field service, rentals, and installation projects. Conduct customer visits, site surveys, and equipment assessments. Prepare quotations and proposals for parts, service, and installation opportunities. Identify opportunities for system upgrades, energy savings, and reliability improvements. Coordinate with service technicians, project managers, and inside sales personnel. Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and opportunity pipelines. Represent Cate Industrial Solutions professionally and strengthen customer relationships. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of industrial, technical, service, contractor, or related sales experience preferred. Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Technical aptitude and experience preparing quotations and proposals preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
