Responsibilities:

Handle insurance claim assignments and communicate with insurance companies Provide customer service to vehicle owners and insurance representatives Write up estimates for damaged vehicles Answer and direct incoming phone calls Order and coordinate automotive parts Manage the accounts payable cycle Receive, process, and verify invoices Prepare and distribute payments Assist with receiving and organizing parts and materials Maintain accurate office records and documentation Perform general office and clerical duties Assist with other assignments and responsibilities as needed

Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of automobiles and automotive parts is required Must be able to identify and understand basic vehicle parts and terminology to order parts accurately Previous office, clerical, automotive, insurance, estimating, or accounting experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Organized and detail-oriented Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities Basic computer and office skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with receiving duties as needed

Pay:
