Responsibilities Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct parts and accessories through expert product knowledge and effective communication. Manage inventory control by stocking, organizing, and maintaining parts shelves using inventory management skills. Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and utilizing retail math skills to ensure proper pricing and discounts. Collaborate with the service team to fulfill orders promptly, ensuring timely delivery of parts for equipment maintenance and repair jobs. Maintain comprehensive records of inventory levels, order fulfillment, and stock movements to optimize stock availability. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and clear communication, including multilingual support if applicable. Support marketing initiatives by promoting special offers or new products to enhance dealership sales efforts. Qualifications Proven experience in mechanical repair or automotive service environments is highly desirable. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory effectively using tools like CMMS or Excel. Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and the ability to negotiate with suppliers or customers when necessary. Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, vehicle maintenance procedures, and retail sales processes is preferred. Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer needs effectively. Familiarity with inventory management practices, and retail math ensures accurate transactions and stock control. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
