Responsibilities Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct auto parts and accessories based on their vehicle needs Manage inventory control by stocking, organizing, and maintaining parts shelves to ensure availability and accuracy Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems while handling cash and credit payments with professionalism Collaborate with the service team to facilitate order fulfillment and ensure timely delivery of parts for vehicle maintenance and repairs Utilize automotive diagnostics tools and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software to track parts availability and maintenance schedules Maintain excellent communication with customers through phone etiquette, providing product information, pricing, and technical advice Support marketing initiatives by promoting special offers, new products, or services to enhance retail sales Skills Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics, vehicle maintenance, and automotive repair processes Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable deals with suppliers and customers Multilingual or bilingual abilities to serve a diverse customer base effectively Proficiency in inventory management software, Microsoft Excel, retail math, and POS systems Experience with dealership operations, retail sales, stock management, and order fulfillment processes Exceptional communication skills combined with strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently Familiarity with CMMS platforms, automotive service procedures, marketing strategies, and dealership experience is a plus Ability to handle cashiering duties including cash handling with accuracy and integrity This role is perfect for motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about cars.
