- AutoBarn Volvo of Oak Park is looking for a motivated and customer-focused
- Parts Counterperson
- to join our growing Parts Department.
Responsibilities:
- Assist retail, wholesale, and service customers with parts inquiries and orders.
- Identify and source the correct parts using electronic parts catalogs.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stocking incoming parts.
- Work closely with technicians and service advisors to ensure timely parts availability.
- Provide outstanding customer service in person, over the phone, and by email.
- Keep the parts department clean, organized, and professional.
Qualifications:
- Automotive parts experience preferred (Volvo experience is a plus but not required).
- Knowledge of automotive systems and components.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong computer and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
