Responsibilities include:
- Identify, order, receive, and distribute parts and supplies.
- Create purchase orders.
- Assist customers and technicians (both in person and on the phone) in finding correct parts.
- Check incoming shipments for accuracy and properly stock parts. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Fulfill repair orders for service and repair jobs.
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding pricing, availability, and delivery.
- Process returns as needed.
- Help with ever changing inventory and end of year inventory.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Assist with other duties in the parts and service departments as needed.

Qualifications:
- Previous parts, automotive, equipment, or mechanical experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills are a must!
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn parts and inventory systems. Must be able to type and compose professional e-mails.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn. NITE's hours are Monday
- Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturdays 8:00 am to 1:00 pm.
Pay:
$18.00- $24.
