Job Description

The Larson Group Peterbilt is looking for an experienced Parts Counterperson to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of the Back Counterperson is to assist the Service Department in the sale of parts as they are needed for repairs.
What We Offer:
Responsible for making sure Service Technicians have the parts and supplies necessary to complete repairs. Must communicate with the Service Department regarding the availability of parts and supplies. Responsible for the Shipment of emergency parts from Distributors when there is a truck down in the Service Department. Must communicate with Inventory Control Clerk any items needed for service repairs. Responsible for maintaining the professional and organized appearance of the back counter area. Assist front counterman in parts sales and parts promotions as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Stays up to date on all training available, specifically training related to product knowledge and customer service.

Qualifications:
Should possess a High School diploma. Experience in a related field is preferred but not required. Please note this is a safety-sensitive position
