Job Responsibilities:

Provide accurate and timely parts quotes to customers. Enter orders into various systems, including customer, vendor, and accounting platforms. Review customer purchase orders for accuracy. Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely and correct parts supply. Pull parts from stock as needed. Track and update order statuses. Maintain organized and accurate records. Manage incoming and outgoing leads, including inbound/outbound calls, emails, and online inquiries. Handle special projects as assigned.

Candidate Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required. Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills. Excellent phone and communication skills. Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly. Comfortable with basic math calculations.
