Responsibilities Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct automotive parts and accessories through expert product knowledge and active communication Manage inventory levels by stocking, organizing, and maintaining parts stock in accordance with dealership standards Utilize automotive diagnostics and repair knowledge to advise on suitable parts for vehicle maintenance and repair needs Process sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems while handling cash, credit, or electronic payments responsibly Collaborate with the service department to fulfill parts orders promptly, ensuring timely vehicle repairs and maintenance Maintain detailed records of inventory using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and inventory management software Engage in upselling auto parts and accessories through effective marketing strategies and excellent customer service skills Requirements Proven experience in automotive parts management or retail sales within a dealership environment is preferred Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems, automotive diagnostics, and troubleshooting techniques Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers Familiarity with inventory control systems, CMMS software, Microsoft Excel, POS systems, and retail math principles Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in stock management and order fulfillment processes Ability to handle cashiering duties including cash handling, phone etiquette, and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times Prior experience in automotive repair or automotive service environments is highly desirable Valid driver's license; automotive dealership experience will be considered an asset Join us today as we drive toward excellence!
