In this energetic role, you will leverage your automotive parts knowledge and exceptional customer service skills to assist clients in finding the right parts and accessories for their vehicles. Your expertise in automotive diagnostics, inventory management, and sales will drive customer satisfaction and ensure smooth operations within our Recycled Salvage Industy. This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your automotive career while delivering top-notch service in a fast-paced environment. Duties Assist customers in selecting automotive parts and accessories, providing expert advice on product features, compatibility, and installation. Manage inventory control by stocking, organizing, and maintaining parts shelves to ensure availability and accuracy. Process sales transactions efficiently using POS systems, handling cash, credit, and electronic payments with professionalism. Collaborate with service technicians to identify parts needed for repairs and maintenance, utilizing automotive diagnostics tools when necessary. Maintain accurate records of orders, returns, and inventory levels using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software. Build strong customer relationships through effective communication, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. Support order fulfillment by processing incoming requests promptly and coordinating with suppliers for timely delivery of parts. Skills Extensive knowledge of automotive parts, accessories, vehicle systems, and automotive repair processes. Strong organizational skills with experience in inventory management and stock control procedures including Hollander. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and POS systems for sales processing and record keeping. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases. Mechanical troubleshooting skills combined with automotive diagnostics expertise to identify suitable parts quickly. Proven ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers and customers to maximize sales opportunities. Experience with retail math for accurate pricing, invoicing, and inventory calculations. Familiarity with dealership operations, automotive service workflows, and customer relationship building techniques.
