Responsibilities Take parts orders form clients through phone and email correspondences Provide dealers and customers intermediate technical assistance when needed Order parts on computer for vendors Qualifications Attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer skills Understanding of standard RV Warranty Policy and procedures Handle customer service by phone or in person Forest River offers a stable work environment that is fast paced.
