Join Our Team This role is ideal for individuals who are driven, coachable, and eager to grow in a performance-based environment with unlimited earning potential. Responsibilities Work with Sales Managers to establish monthly and annual income goals and develop strategies to achieve them. Consistently use the dealership's approved "Road to the Sale" process with every customer interaction. Walk the vehicle inventory daily to stay informed on availability and changes. Present, demonstrate, and test-drive vehicles assigned by management before discussing pricing or numbers. Accompany customers on all demonstration drives and provide a professional product experience. Ensure proper handling of dealership procedures, including keys, license plates, and customer documentation. Transition customers smoothly to Sales Managers, Finance Managers, or team members as needed throughout the sales process. Prospect for new business through phone, digital outreach, and in-person efforts outside the dealership. Maintain a minimum quota of daily customer contact attempts for lead generation and follow-up. Job Requirements One year of related experience and/or equivalent education and training preferred. Strong communication, sales aptitude, and customer service skills required. Excellent organization and follow-up abilities to maintain strong customer relationships before and after the sale. Valid driver's license required. Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
