Where You Make Your Mark This seat is the link between the parts room and the aircraft. It keeps technicians supplied with the right parts, tooling, and paperwork so inspections and on-demand repairs move without waiting on material. Accuracy in this role protects airworthiness, and speed in this role protects the schedule. Parts and Tooling Fulfillment Process, pick and deliver parts and tooling requests to the maintenance team Issue, track, and receive tooling returns, keeping check-out and calibration records current Stage parts and consumables for scheduled inspections and on-demand repairs ahead of technician need Respond to internal and supplier inquiries regarding order status, changes, or cancellations Collaborate with maintenance teams to understand parts requirements and lead times Purchase Order Support Prepare and process purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers and departments to ensure accurate fulfillment Review requisition orders to verify accuracy, terminology, and specifications for aviation-specific parts and supplies Calculate order costs and coordinate invoice processing with the appropriate accounts Track status of requisitions, contracts, and orders throughout the procurement lifecycle Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates among approved suppliers to support sourcing decisions Inventory and Receiving Monitor inventory quantities and determine when materials need reordering to maintain optimal stock levels Check incoming shipments to ensure orders are filled correctly and goods meet aviation quality specifications Contact suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries and resolve shortages, missed deliveries, and supply chain issues Maintain purchasing files, reports, and price lists for efficient procurement operations Keep the parts room and tool room organized, labeled, and audit ready, with shelf locations accurate in Corridor Regulatory Compliance and Documentation Review inventory for required paperwork and expiration dates, segregating material that is out of life Maintain current knowledge of aviation industry regulations and purchasing guidelines Ensure all procurement and receiving activity complies with FAA regulations and aviation industry standards Maintain accurate documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes Support quality assurance processes for aviation parts and materials, including traceability documentation Process Improvement and Special Projects Identify opportunities to improve parts and tooling processes and reduce costs while maintaining quality standards Analyze supplier performance and recommend improvements to the supply chain Support implementation of new procurement technologies and systems Provide guidance to Team Members and vendors regarding organizational and governmental purchasing rules Complete special projects and initiatives as needed, embracing opportunities to contribute to Jet Access's continued growth and success Who Thrives in This Seat The Skills You Carry In High school diploma or equivalent required Prior experience with parts purchasing, receiving, or tool room operations strongly preferred Proficiency with inventory or procurement software, with the ability to learn Corridor and other Jet Access platforms quickly Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple changing priorities and deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong decision-making and problem-solving ability, with precision on part numbers, specifications, and documentation Proven ability to operate independently and achieve results in fast-paced environments Ability to maintain and secure confidential, protected information Deep alignment with the Jet Access core values of safety, excellence, and positive culture Successful completion of a background check and pre-employment drug screening This position is FAA Safety Sensitive and is subject to DOT and FAA random drug and alcohol testing throughout employment What This Role Asks of You On-site presence required;
