Learn more about our benefits and company culture: www.associated-solutions.com/careers Position Summary The Parts Consignment Representative partners with Sales to develop new customer accounts while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers. This role manages parts inventories at customer locations, ensures stock availability, and serves as the primary liaison between the customer and Associated for all parts-related needs. Success in this role requires strong relationship building, organization, and the ability to work independently in customer environments. Key Responsibilities Partner with Sales to identify and develop new over-the-counter (OTC) customer accounts Install, monitor, and maintain customer parts inventories through regular counting, documentation, and replenishment Build strong customer relationships and expand business within existing accounts Respond to parts inquiries professionally and proactively to ensure excellent customer satisfaction Communicate customer concerns, feedback, and account updates to the Parts Supervisor Support ongoing account management and inventory optimization Perform additional duties as needed to support customers and operations Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED 1-3 years of sales, customer service, or account management experience Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and mobile technology such as tablets or laptops Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently Excellent communication and presentation skills Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships Ability to research parts and leverage resources to meet customer needs quickly Willingness to travel locally with occasional overnight travel Strong attention to detail and sound decision-making skills Ability to operate forklifts and complete Safety on the Move (SOTM) training Work Environment This role is primarily performed at customer locations and may include exposure to a variety of working conditions including: Indoor warehouse environments Refrigerated or hot areas Outdoor travel between locations Noise, odors, and temperature changes typical of industrial facilities Physical Requirements Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, and communicate Occasionally required to kneel, crouch, or reach overhead
