Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers and technicians in identifying and locating the correct parts Process orders, returns, and invoices accurately and efficiently Maintain organized stock and ensure timely restocking Communicate with vendors and suppliers to source parts as needed Provide friendly, knowledgeable service at the counter and over the phone Support inventory audits and help maintain a clean, professional workspace

What We're Looking For:

Automotive Parts Retail experience is required GM Parts experience is a plus!
