Position Summary We are searching for a technically minded professional with the ability to quickly field support requests, place internal and external parts orders, and conduct in-depth research to identify correct part numbers. Learning and retaining product knowledge is necessary to ensure the correct parts are being ordered and shipped according to engineering documentation. Clear and concise communication across multiple departments will be key. This position is within the Service Parts Support team and reports directly to the Service Parts Manager. Position Responsibilities Quickly support Field Service and customer parts requests. Research parts using engineering drawings, schematics, service documentation, previous orders, truck build data, and inventory information to confirm correct part numbers. Create, review, and process parts orders accurately through the ERP system, including verifying equipment information, shipping details, and customer requirements. Help maintain accurate parts information by documenting common part numbers, serviceable assemblies, build differences, and lessons learned from field requests. Work closely with Field Service, Engineering, Purchasing, Quality, Warehouse, and Production to resolve parts questions, order issues, shortages, and documentation gaps. Position Qualifications Technical experience in the automotive or equipment industry Ability to read schematics and engineering drawings Knowledge of parts and inventory Strong ability to handle many functions and adjust to rapidly changing priorities and schedules Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to discuss parts requests over the phone Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams) Ideal Candidates Will Also Have Experience with ERP or inventory management systems Previous internal and external service support experience Orange EV is an Equal Opportunity Employer and seek diversity in candidates for employment.
