This position is an important link between our parts department, service department, and customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong automotive parts knowledge, outstanding communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining inventory accuracy. What You'll Do Assist internal and external customers with locating and ordering automotive parts. Provide technicians and service advisors with timely parts support. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts. Process special orders, returns, credits, and warranty-related transactions. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and vendors. Help ensure efficient workflow between the parts and service departments. Organize and maintain stockroom and parts inventory areas. Follow company procedures for inventory management and documentation. What We're Looking For Automotive parts experience preferred. Knowledge of vehicle systems and automotive components. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with coworkers across departments. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and willingness to learn dealership software.
