Key Responsibilities:

Process and submit warranty claims accurately and in a timely manner Review and verify repair orders for completeness and compliance Communicate with technicians, advisors, and manufacturers regarding claims Track claim status and follow up on outstanding submissions Maintain organized and up-to-date records
