Write up service repair orders by accurately documenting customer concerns. Pull, source, and order parts needed for repairs. Answer phones and respond to parts and service inquiries. Look up parts using manufacturer catalogs, parts diagrams, and inventory systems. Keep customers updated on repair status and parts availability. Prepare repair estimates that include labor and parts pricing. Coordinate appointments and maintain a schedule for technicians. Contact customers when orders or service work are ready for pickup. Ensure all work orders and invoices are completed accurately. Removed 'Help' Maintain organized parts shelves, displays, and back stock. Assist with stocking, cycle counting, and inventory control. Support parts and service promotions and identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services. Requirements Experience in a dealership, parts, or service environment preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Familiarity with powersports, small engines, or heavy equipment parts is a plus. Comfortable learning and using parts lookup tools, inventory systems, and other computer-based programs. Willingness to learn different types of equipment and develop knowledge of heavy equipment parts and service. Ability to work independently while also working effectively with customers, technicians, and vendors. Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced setting. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods. Available to work Saturdays. Valid driver's license. Cycle Zone is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
