Job Description

Toyota of Ashland is looking for a dependable, motivated individual to join our Parts Department as a Parts Support Specialist . This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the automotive industry. We're seeking someone with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic.

Full-Time Schedule:
Tuesday-Saturday (Saturday hours are 8:00 AM-12:00 PM) Responsibilities Support the daily operations of the Parts Department Receive, inspect, stock, and organize incoming parts inventory Pull and deliver parts for service technicians Assist retail and wholesale customers with basic parts requests Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient work environment Learn Toyota parts systems and dealership processes Work as part of a team to provide exceptional customer service Qualifications Automotive parts or customer service experience is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Comfortable using computers and learning new software Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid vacation and holidays Paid training Opportunities for advancement within the dealership We're looking for someone who wants to build a career—not just find another job.
