Parts Counter Associate (Full Time)

Industrial Park Distributors is an outdoor power equipment dealership that has been family owner and operated for over 30 years. We are a growing company seeking to add an additional full-time Parts Associate whose main responsibilities will revolve around the parts department and counter but will also cross in to other aspects of the business. This is a full-time position with opportunities for advancement within the company. Responsibilities of a Parts Associate Provide quick and quality customer service Assist customer by properly identifying necessary parts by using online parts catalogues Facilitate part sales transactions over the parts counter Document and correct discrepancies between inventory records and shelf quantities. Make necessary entries to inventory control system assuring proper records are kept with current pricing Carry out other business functions not limited to the parts department Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualities Desired in a Parts Associate Intrinsically motivated Outgoing and personable Previous sales experience is desired.
