Franklin, Kentucky Overview GPM Brands is a growing manufacturer in the pool and spa industry, producing quality hot tubs in beautiful Franklin, Kentucky. We are seeking a motivated and dependable Warranty Support Specialist to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting customers and dealers by troubleshooting hot tub issues, processing warranty claims, and picking and shipping warranty replacement parts. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, technically minded, and able to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities

• Assist customers and dealers with troubleshooting hot tubs
• Diagnose electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and control system issues
• Process warranty claims and verify eligibility
• Determine replacement parts needed
• Pick, pack, and ship warranty parts
• Maintain shipment tracking and communication
• Become proficient in MRP system
• Use Excel for tracking and reporting
• Identify recurring issues and communicate internally
• Provide professional customer service
• Availability for troubleshooting calls on weekends if needed Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience with CRM, CSM, or MRP systems required
• Strong Excel skills required
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Self-starter with initiative
• Ability to learn technical products quickly

Pay:

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
