Job Summary The Rental Specialist is responsible for providing material handling rental solutions for our customers. This person plays an integral role that would collaborate with other departments on fulfilling time-sensitive rental equipment orders. The ideal candidate would provide exceptional service through proactive communication. General Duties and Responsibilities Maintain current customer relationships & develop new relationships Handle any incoming rental inquiries such as phone calls, emails, or in person from internal & external customers Process all incoming and outgoing rental orders including invoicing Promote ProLift Toyota Material Handling's values, mission and purpose of "Helping People Carry the Load" to ensure we are customers', vendors' and associates' "Indispensable Partner". Educational/Job Requirements The ideal candidate for the Rental Specialist will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, two years of customer service or administrative experience and display efficiency in Microsoft products such as Word, Outlook, and Excel. The Rental Specialist communicates to associates, customers, and managers, which requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and uphold excellent attention to detail. The ideal candidate will protect the organization's values by maintaining confidential information utilizing their ability to handle sensitive information.
