Growth opportunities within our company Paid training including industry certifications The specific pay rate/salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by several factors including experience, education, specialized certifications from OEMs, and where the job is located. The Parts Coordinator is responsible for ordering, receiving, processing, and monitoring parts throughout the repair process. Working closely with the General Manager, Estimators, and Technicians for issues that are parts-related within the shop.
Job Responsibilities:
Order parts from vendors and dealerships based on estimates and supplements Communicate with estimators regarding part availability, delivery, delays, etc. Return incorrect parts immediately to vendors Monitor Deliveries and track parts status. Communicate with vendors on status if needed Drive parts related KPI's All other duties assigned
Skills, Qualifications & Requirements:
3 years parts experience preferred Experience working at a collision repair center in a parts capacity Strong knowledge of automotive parts Ability to effectively communicate with others Ability to read and understand basic instructions, written estimates, and work orders Multi-tasking; adapt easily to fast-paced environments Must be at least 18 years of age Must have a valid drivers license
Physical Requirements:
