In this role, you'll be a go‑to resource for parts sourcing, inventory accuracy, and operational support. If you enjoy automotive technology, organization, and helping others get the job done right, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in a modern dealership environment. What You'll Do Manage and maintain parts inventory using modern inventory and ERP systems Source automotive parts efficiently, including OEM options, while monitoring cost and availability Coordinate shipping and receiving to ensure accurate and timely deliveries Verify parts compatibility using automotive and mechanical knowledge Forecast inventory needs to prevent shortages or overstock Enter and maintain accurate records in inventory and maintenance systems Support warehouse operations and organize parts storage areas Provide excellent customer service to technicians, advisors, and internal teams Answer parts inquiries, provide order updates, and assist with special requests What We're Looking For Previous experience in automotive parts, supply chain, or inventory management preferred Familiarity with ERP systems, order management software, or inventory tools Automotive mechanical knowledge strongly preferred Experience with shipping & receiving and warehouse operations Forklift certification a plus Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills Customer‑focused mindset with strong communication skills Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment What We Offer Competitive pay Stable, full‑time schedule Modern systems and tools Supportive team culture Career growth opportunities within the dealership
Pay:
