Requirements You Will:
Process parts invoices to inventory and work order Follow up with vendors on service repairs and process invoice Ensure parts are available for scheduled work, assist to find available parts Hold vendors accountable for quality and adherence to schedule for outside work Assist Warranty Department as needed Coordinate with AP and AR as necessary Produce reports for shops and customers Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisorYou Have:
2 years of customer service experience, preferred At least 1 year of hands-on mechanical experience, preferred At least 2 years of service department administration, preferred The employee will be required to understand and comply with specific instructions, guidelines, rules, regulations, or other information established by management Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job Ability to work: Monday- Friday from 9:30 AM until 6:00
