Parts Counterperson Join Our Team! We're looking for an experienced, customer-focused Parts Counterperson to join our growing dealership team at Miller Brothers Chevrolet in Ellicott City, MD. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service to both retail and wholesale customers. What You'll Do Assist retail customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts and accessories. Provide prompt, accurate service to our wholesale customers by phone, email, and in person. Support the service department by covering the back parts counter as needed, ensuring technicians receive the parts they need efficiently. Research and identify parts using electronic catalogs and manufacturer systems. Process orders, invoices, returns, and warranty-related transactions. Maintain organized inventory and help keep the parts department clean and efficient. Build strong relationships with customers and coworkers through professional, friendly service. What We're Looking For Previous automotive parts experience is preferred. Knowledge of manufacturer parts catalogs and dealership management systems is a plus. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a busy environment. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
