Marine Parts Department — Counter Help Full-Time or Part-Time | Competitive Pay | Benefits Included About the Role We are looking for a friendly, knowledgeable, and organized person to join our marine parts department. You will be the go-to resource for customers seeking parts and accessories, while keeping the counter running efficiently. Full-time or part-time hours are available depending on your situation. What You'll Do Help customers identify and locate the right marine parts and accessories Process sales at the parts counter Manage and maintain accurate parts inventory Keep the parts counter organized and running smoothly day to day Look up parts using catalogs, software, and supplier resources Communicate with vendors and place orders as needed What We're Looking For Knowledge of marine engines and accessories — this is important Experience at a marine parts counter or in a boatyard is a plus, but not required Strong customer service skills — friendly, patient, and helpful Organized and detail-oriented, especially when managing inventory Able to work independently and keep things moving at the counter Reliable and dependable What We Offer Full-time or part-time schedule — we are flexible Competitive pay Paid vacation time Paid holidays A chance to work in a hands-on marine environment If you know your way around marine parts and love helping people, we want to hear from you.
