This role supports the parts department by helping customers and the service team get the right parts quickly and accurately.
Key responsibilities:
Assist retail customers and the shop with parts selection at the counter, by phone, and through internal requests Provide pricing, availability, and basic product guidance, including related parts and specials Review body shop estimates for correct parts and pricing alignment Order, receive, stage, and follow up on special-order and back-ordered parts; coordinate notifications and deliveries Process charge sales, returns, and credits with proper documentation Stay current on product updates and new offerings Required qualifications/skills: High school diploma/GED; 1-3 months related experience/training (or equivalent) Comfortable using technology Strong communication, organization, and follow-up; able to multitask and prioritize Ready to put your career in gear?
