Full Job Description Parts Counter Associate Location:

Carrier Great Lakes is a top distributor of Carrier HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies, serving Michigan and Northern Ohio for 30 years. We prioritize innovation, quality, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Fulfilling general duties, including but not limited to, showroom sales, phone sales, order entry, price quotations, driving forklift for loading/unloading trucks, shipping and receiving of parts and equipment, stocking of products in the showroom and warehouse. Promoting sales of HVAC replacement components and aftermarket products to our dealer network and mechanical contractors. Working closely with CGL departments and outside vendors. Utilizing positive communication skills. Providing superior customer service to our customers.

Requirements:

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent plus 4+ years of experience in the HVAC industry. Able to lift 70 pounds. Self-motivated with organizational skills Experience in

MS Office, Word and Excel Preferred Skills:

Experience working with contractors and dealers, especially in the residential and/or commercial HVAC industry. Knowledge of a distribution environment with counter experience.
